As chairman of the British Taekwondo Council, I would like to thank all 13 associations that are in membership of the National Governing Body , for there hard work during this pandemic, keeping the instructors and students motivated, special thanks go to GM Nicholls (BTC Secretary General) for keeping us informed on all the training regulations we were and were not allowed to carry out during the last 10 months , it’s a credit to all the instructors in the BTC that we still have 25,000 licensed members still training after such an unprecedented event as Covid-19, I would like to take this opportunity to wish all members a happy Christmas & a better new year!

Dear Members of the International Taekwon-Do Federation,
It is a real pleasure to invite you to participate in the 1st. Virtual European Championship of Patterns.
The 1st. European Championship will be organized by the International Taekwon-Do Federation. It is scheduled to take place on Sunday, December 20, from 09:00 am UK Time. On the ITF PLAY LIVE virtual sports platform.
The competition will be Patterns only and for all categories of Gups and Black Belts, including Adapted Taekwon-Do. If two competitors from the same country progress to the Semifinals, they must face each other, this was agreed by the ITF tournament committee, with the purpose of promoting diversity in the results of the International competitions.
We ask everyone to respect and promote safety measures in place by your national governments.
We send you our best regards from a distance and look forward to seeing you during the competition.
