Why we started ICM from the man charge , Usman Afzaal

Having been brought up through the county system, it was clear to see where the gaps were. Meaning a lot of talent went un-noticed and wasn’t nurtured to its full potential.

80% of our mentorship talent is actively playing county age group or pathway cricket. So, we can say with pride that we are actively closing that gap.

Unpopular opinion…

Young cricketers don’t need more fancy drills. They need to master the basics.
Drop feeds. Throw downs. Repetition. Repetition. Repetition.

The difference between pros and amateurs isn’t talent, it’s how well their basics are locked in under pressure. Pros make the basics look easy because they’ve repeated them thousands of times at an elite level.

At ICM we help you master the basics and build from there.
