Our course completion rates, employability rates and satisfaction rates continue to be outstanding. Our Partnership consists of a diverse range of schools in the primary, secondary and special school sectors all of whom have excellent track records in teacher training most of which are outstanding - a partnership which therefore allows a range of varied and complimentary placements during your training year to prepare you fully to experience, and ultimately teach in, a range of schools. We are also in partnership with an outstanding University, so that should you wish to do so you can both gain the professional award of QTS and the academic award of the PGCE. This will incur a small additional expense and will be explained to you at interview. We extend our commitment to you beyond your training year with us. In future years you may also wish to pick up a leadership qualification with us. We are licensed by the National College of Teaching and Leadership to deliver the National Professional Qualifications in Middle Leadership, Senior Leadership and Headship so we really do provide a full professional development ladder of opportunities that cover the entire career span for the teachers of today and tomorrow.
