With two instructors, you'll be able to access more time with an instructor during sessions, allowing for better learning and development. Both of our instructors are qualified and have years of coaching, as well as fight experience.

Well done everyone! Another warm day… but some quality work in the session (focussing on left kicks and setting them up) and then some great sparring.

Cracking session last night. Not a dry body in the gym… the weather helping out on that front!!
Boxing drills to sharpen the hands followed by killer pads. Just what you need in a heatwave!!
Although it’s cooler in the gym, it’s worth bringing extra water tonight. Going to be a warm one!!
Lovely warm session this morning. Great turn out and most people stayed for a spar!!

Good session this morning. Sharpening those kicks, then finishing off with some killer kick drills.
