Today at our Roots, Recipes & Rhythm session, we celebrated more than just food and culture, we celebrated community, connection, and the power of bringing people together.

This evening is not only about culture, storytelling, music and community — it is also a special moment to honour the life and legacy of Louise Garvey 💛 A woman whose impact, wisdom and presence touched so many within our communities. May her soul continue to rest in eternal peace and may her legacy live on through the lives she inspired.
