✨ Reiki Myth ✨

"Reiki only works if you believe in it."

Not really.

You don't have to be spiritual.

You don't have to understand energy.

You don't have to know anything about Reiki at all.

Most people simply report feeling deeply relaxed, calmer, lighter or more balanced afterwards.

Think of it less as needing belief and more as giving yourself permission to pause for a moment.

And honestly, most of us need more of that.

🕯️ Energy Protection Isn't Just Crystals

Sometimes it includes crystals.

Sometimes it can be Reiki.

It can be cord cutting.

But sometimes energy protection looks like:
