Introducing…. OUR NEW LOGO 🥳🥳🥳

Designed by our president Alan 🫶🫶

The red ‘K’ represents two things: the first is a swan (referring to both the many geese at UoN and our lovely dance team Tteok Tteok Goose) and the second is a person dancing.

The black ‘pop’ is a nod to the musical notes on our old logo. The inspiration for the waves and circles came from the Korean flag, and the flag colours (red, blue and black) were also used!

Altogether, the logo looks like a swan swimming at UoN :)

We hope you love the new logo as much as we do!! ☺️☺️❤️💙🖤🇰🇷

We’re very excited to announce that the TTG dance team now have their own Instagram account !!😆💓 Over the last year, all of the team’s activities have been posted on but we wanted to make our own little home on Instagram so everyone can see what we’re up to👀. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us - we can’t wait to show you what we have coming up!💞 Hint: watch out for us during Freshers’!🤫

Even with some of the limitations of covid we managed to have a really successful year, with membership quadrupling from 50 to 200 members!

Our amazing TTG went to two competitions in London hosted by Imperial and KCL, and it was fantastic to see how all of their hard work paid off in the incredible performances, as well as in all the other dances they’ve done throughout the year in Nottingham.

For those of you graduating this year, we’ve been so glad to have you and hope you’ve had a great time both at uni and with kpop soc, and wish you success in whatever you do next!
And for the rest of you - see you next year 😉
