JM 1-2-1 Coaching.

FREE 3v3 Event this Friday for next seasons U7’s. The session will run from 6-7pm @ Eastwood CFC, NG16 3HB (PLEASE SHARE)

Players will play a full hour of games either in set teams or be placed into a team as an individual. We’ll use the event to recruit players for our squads. Players within our programme benefit from weekly sessions and an academy games programme that featured trips to Man City, Arsenal and Man Utd last season. Involvement in our squads will NOT interfere with any grassroots commitments, we work hand in hand.

The main difference between the camp and the clinic is a more intensive structure & more demanding content. For those reasons, we recommend all players attending the clinics to be playing to or able to compete to a mid-high level at grassroots & wanting to be pushed.

We’re looking to add a talented coach to our coaching team. The ideal candidate will have high personal standards & a desire to improve the players they work with. Experience of playing to a good level or having worked in and around academy football is preferable, but not essential. Initial hours on a Monday and Friday but scope to significantly increase for the right person.

‘Player in Focus’ will provide both parents and players with a simplistic check in & review of the players performance and a clear signposting of areas of strength and development with follow up action plans to work towards. By keeping parents informed and involved, we will build trust, encourage player motivation, and create a positive pathway for your player.

Proud of this lot today, a great effort by all involved & played some fantastic football against a top academy in Nottingham Forest. Every single player had a moment or moments of real quality across the games this afternoon. Some talent across our U7/U8 groups 🔥💪
