I am extremely proud and honoured to announce that Hezie Allen has been promoted to 4th Dan.

Katy Higgins has been training with us for 10 years and has been through the Dragons and Juniors and more recently adults. Sadly she is leaving us next week for 6 months whilst she travels to New Zealand and Australia, we are already looking forward your return to training with us in 2026!
