I said I was going to do a class and then didn’t plan one, classic me hehe. My heads been a rotten old shed so apologies 🥲😎 life’s boring without a sprinkle of panic right?

I’ve taught two whole classes this year, a bit of a difference to previous years 🥲 these classes meant a lot to me and it was soooo good to see you come back 😌

GUYS I SUPPOSE I’M SEMI-ISH BACK 😌

I’ve had a pretty nice year since having an extended break, at times tricky but overall pretty good and I’m excited to be seeing you a teeny bit more regs. I’m not coming back to weekly classes but I’m definitely dipping a toe back into bits and bobs.

Here’s a selection of cute things from 2025 so far, including seeing some of you on bramcote park for outdoor yoga in the summer 😭

The next little thing I’m doing is Yule Yoga on Wednesday 17th December, 18:30-20:00 at in Beeston. Just drop me a message to book your spot, there’s a couple of places left.

A bit like 1D in 2016, I’m on hiatus.

My December teaching break has turned into a longer break and I didn’t come back this month like I said I was. Life is life-ing and 12ish years teaching yoga later it’s time for a little change.

So currently, I’m not teaching a regular weekly class butttt watch out for one off classes AND the return of outdoor yoga when it gets a little warmer and lighter 😎

I have been very MIA the second half of this year and I’ve had a break teaching for a few weeks. This is the first year in a lot of years that I haven’t taught the Yule yoga classes, apologies if you were expecting those 😅
Life happened and somehow we’re almost in a new year.

There’s a little bit of space at the moment in my class at in Beeston, 7-8pm on Wednesdays. It’s a really great class (if I do say so myself 🤣). It’s the perfect class to come along to if you’re feeling a bit nervous about starting, we’re a very friendly bunch with lots of lols.
