Nursery Educator (Baby Room) and First Aid

Amanda is our very own Mother Hen and she loves every child as if they were her own, ensuring they have all they need and more.

She also has a focus on the family as a whole and is passionate about the importance of parent partnerships and creating a triangle of trust and how home life has a direct influence on a child's day in nursery.

Amanda has a wealth of experience, having started her early years journey at 17 years old. After having her own children she went on to become a successful childminder but ventured back into the nursery sector once her own children were grown and became parents themselves.

She brings a calm and nurturing aspect to the nursery and really makes parents feel at ease when their little ones are in her care.

Nursery Educator (Baby Room) and First Aid

Kayleigh is another long-term and valued member of staff here at Alphabet House, having been with us for 10 years. She has a wealth of experience with 20 years in childcare.

Kayleigh is one of the most organised people we know and has enough stationary to start her own Ryman's! 😂

She is an amazing Senior Educator in our baby room, nurturing them and making sure they have all the love they need. She is known for her antics and silliness with the children and is often found rolling around the floor with the children, or causing water chaos!

Kayleigh says "I love getting to know each child, their personalities and quirks. They are all so different and this is exciting. Watching them develop and grow, and knowing that I helped along the way gives you a sense of pride".
