Today we dedicated all our classes to Hanshi Judan (10th Dan) Nakazato Shugoro sensei , it would have been his 106th Birthday 🎂 today he was born August 14th 1920 🎂🎂🎂

We try to instill in our students a sense of pride and unity. It has been very hot these past few weeks but we have had a great time training together in this hot weather. It’s very refreshing to see our students turning up for training, stay consistent stay focused. See you all in the Dojo

Congratulations to our newest Shodan’s 1st Dan 🥋 Black Belts, they have been on a long and Arious journey starting back in 2019, all three students have been dedicated to the training they have been difficult times during the Covid period they trained over Zoom stayed focused and made it out the other side to say they embody the meaning of okinawan Karate is a understatement, Congratulations 🥳 it is well deserved 👍🏻🙇🏼‍♂️👊🥋🙏🙏🙏
