We enjoyed a fabulous laughter therapy session with AJ today, bringing plenty of smiles, laughter, and positive energy to everyone involved.

It tied in perfectly with Loneliness Awareness Week, highlighting the importance of coming together, making connections, and ensuring everyone feels welcome in our community. 💙

There was also plenty to celebrate, with Graham proudly marking England's World Cup victory last night! ⚽🌎

Sara Lee set herself a goal to save £2 a week for a fabulous outfit to wear to Beetlejuice The Musical in London. 🎭

Using her money-saving wallet, she stayed focused and saved £40, enough to buy the outfit she wanted. She had an amazing time at the show and felt incredibly proud of herself for setting a goal, sticking to it, and making it happen.

Children and their grown-ups at Abbey Hill Primary School enjoyed making special cards for the important men in their lives, creating heartfelt messages to say "thank you" and show their appreciation ahead of Father's Day this Sunday.

Led by ecological artist Lucy Bronwen Davies, this relaxed, hands-on session is designed to spark creativity, encourage self-expression and bring a sense of calm through making.

Using watercolours, collage, pastels and foraged natural materials, participants will be guided to explore art in an open, mindful and accessible way — no experience needed, just a willingness to create.
