What is BWRT®? It is a new technique that is designed to help you overcome a wide range of issues including anxiety, grief, fears, phobias, addictions, self-esteem, weight management and many more. It is a very simple process which requires no trance state. All you have to do is to follow a simple set of instructions that will be explained by your practitioner as they lead you through the process. The underlying method is in accordance with our current understanding of how the relevant parts of the brain work as determined by neuro-scientific researchers. This will be explained to you as part of the process.
What is even better is that for sensitive personal issues such as abuse you do not have to reveal any specific details about what happened or why. We can't make you forget it, in fact that would probably be counter productive as repressed memories can still cause significant problems for a person. This is a 'solution-focussed' method that concentrates on how you would prefer to feel and helps you banish the highly charged emotions that are associated with such issues.
