I am Shakika Rubaiat, an international student from Bangladesh doing my MA in Linguistics and English Language Teaching at the University of Leeds. For my dissertation, I aim to investigate the Bangla language acquisition in heritage Bangla speakers. Regarding this, I need help from people who are 2nd generation immigrants residing in an English speaking country (aged 18 or above) to take part in my dissertation as research participants. It will take around 30 minutes of your valuable time online and you need to fill out a survey at one go. All the responses will be anonymous, and in that survey you will be requested to fill out a language background questionnaire and MCQ online.
