The Ellis Guilford School currently has 1300+ students on roll and is one of the largest secondary schools in Nottingham.

On the 1 November 2018 we became an Academy, by joining the Creative Education Trust (CET). Ellis Guilford offers a superb learning environment with exceptional facilities, excellent pastoral care and a great ethos. We are able to offer a broad curriculum which includes both academic and vocational choices. We also engage with local colleges, universities and employers to prepare our students for life beyond school and provide a wide range of extra-curricular and enrichment activities.

Introducing our Sports Leaders!

Our sports leaders play an important role in supporting the PE department and promoting physical activity across the school. They help to assist in PE lessons by setting up equipment, supporting their peers, and helping to demonstrate activities.

In addition to lessons, they are heavily involved in school sporting events. This includes helping to organise and run competitions, supporting fixtures, officiating where appropriate, and encouraging participation from other children.

They act as positive role models within the school and help to create an inclusive and enthusiastic environment for sport.

Well done to you all!!
