Scene from a recent lino workshop. I'm always so incredibly impressed by what people make; most attendees are complete beginners who've only done lino for the first time on the day, and the work they turn out is always so fresh and distinct. I really, firmly, believe that everyone has an artistic voice and I love it when I get to see them come out :)

Volume 2 of RESIST! - A zine I make for handing out at trans rights protests/events. The first one was focused on survival, this on on joy. Vol 3 will be focusing on what actions we can take to stop our rights from being repealed.

I still haven't found my James sketchbook, so here's another Hb on cartridge sketch. This time James as a toddler. I think he's 2 or 3 here, so I would have just been born. There are very, very few pictures of me that young, so creating one of us together is going to be hard.

I know that the answer to this question is "ADHD" but how the f**k have I lost my James sketchbook????? Also the pencils I was using for it???

Today's James is Hb mechanical pencil on scrap cartridge paper because I have lost my usual equipment. This is taken from one of his school photos, and I think it's a good candidate for making an image of the two of us around the age I remember meeting him for the first time.
