Exciting (and slightly nerve-wracking!) news…

I’ve started my training to become a Childminder Inspector with my agency, SCA.

It’s taken a lot for me to overcome my imposter syndrome and put myself forward for this opportunity, so this feels like a big milestone. I’m now halfway through the training and can honestly say I’m really enjoying it.

I’m excited to add another dimension to a career that I genuinely love. The knowledge and experience I gain will not only support other childminders but will also strengthen what we can offer here at GG’s.

I’m looking forward to seeing where this journey takes me and am feeling really positive about the future! 🥰
