We were delighted to welcome families to our recent School Art Gallery, where children from Year 3/4, Year 5 and Year 6 proudly showcased their incredible artwork.

The event was a huge success, with so many parents and family members coming along to support and celebrate the children’s creativity. The gallery was filled with a wonderful range of pieces, reflecting the hard work, imagination and skill of all our young artists.

We received lots of positive feedback about the quality and variety of the artwork and it was fantastic to see how engaged and impressed our visitors were.

Most importantly, the children showed an enormous sense of pride in their work. It was truly a joy to see them sharing their creations with such confidence and enthusiasm.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the event so special!

Next Level Sports Flying High Partnership

We were delighted to welcome Chris from the Rotary Club of Mapperley and Arnold, who kindly donated £400 to our school. This generous contribution will be used to provide new books for all of our class libraries, helping to enrich our children's reading experiences.

✨ Festive fun at Killisick Junior School! ✨
There have been so many fantastic things happening at Killisick over the past few weeks! 🎄🎶
From brilliant music festivals to our Christmas Fair which was a huge success, the school has been buzzing with excitement. We loved watching the Year 3/4 Christmas performance, dancing the night away at the Christmas discos, and getting creative at Year 5/6 Carol & Crafts.
We also enjoyed a delicious Christmas dinner, we've celebrated our amazing staff at the Awards Evening with the Flying High Partnership, and were thrilled when the panto came to visit us – lots of laughs all round! 🎭
Thank you to our pupils, staff, families and community for making these events so special. What a wonderful way to end the term! ⭐
