3rd We’re excited to let you know that we’re holding a Nursery Open Event on Tuesday 3rd March from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. It’s a chance to come and look around our nursery, meet the staff, ask any questions you may have, and pick up an application form if you’d like one.

🎒 Primary school applications open tomorrow!

If your child turns 5 between 1 September 2026 and 31 August 2027 and you require a school place for September 2026, you will be able to apply. Applications for school admissions open tomorrow for both reception and infant to junior/primary school places.

Did you know children do not automatically transfer from nursery to school and you still need to apply? Remember, priority may not be given for children attending a nursery.

Remember to do your research and check the admission criteria for the schools you are interested in. Use all four of your school preferences to give you the best chance of being offered a school you are happy with.

You can apply from tomorrow until Thursday 15 January 2026.

📚 Secondary school applications are now open!

If your child lives in Nottinghamshire and requires a secondary school place for September 2026, you need to apply before 31 October 2025.

Applying online is quick and easy.

Parents sometimes think that selecting just one school will ensure that a place is allocated but that is not the case. It is important that you make use of all four preferences and apply on time for a better chance of being offered a preferred school. Please check carefully the admissions criteria of each school you are considering because they are not all the same.

If there are no places available at your preferred school, an alternative offer may be made but this is not automatically the catchment or nearest school. Places will be offered at the next closest school with places available after all on-time applications have been processed. This may mean your child could be allocated to a school some distance from where you live.

We have spaces available in our Nursery to start in September 2025. Children who are aged 3 years are eligible to receive a maximum of 15 funded nursery hours during term-time. 🤝Supporting our NG16 community 🤝

For six years, we've been supporting our local community in delivering Riley's Kids Camps. We've planned, delivered and most importantly; observed. We see our community, and the changing dynamic of Nottingham and sometimes see gaps in the system.

We always go 'above and beyond', to ensure each child that walks through our doors, experience the best time, the best activities and lead by the best Coaches. We ensure each family feels confident in choosing Riley's as a provider; whether that be for childcare, or simply just for their child to have fun in the holidays. 2025 see's the introduction of Riley's Reasons, another 'above and beyond' moment for us.
