The LRLs are all students in science or engineering, so we know first hand how hard it could be to use the library and get what you need. From using UNLOC for searches and renewing loans through finding a particular book on the shelves to booking a room - we are here to give you a hand.

With the library open 24/7 there are people in George Green even on a Sunday morning. Have you seen the plans for the library's renovation? We are really excited about it!

On Thursday 14 March you can meet some of the design team for the renovation of the library and see the plans and images of the scheme in more detail in the ESLC Atrium from 12pm onwards with a presentation by the team at 4pm in A09. So if you are wondering on what the George Green is going to be like after the extension, why not drop by? We are looking forward to seeing you there!

Something you might want to make a note of, if you are staying in Nottingham over the holidays!
University libraries are closed from Monday 24 December and will be open again on Wednesday 2 January. But if you really need to hit the books over Christmas, you can get into the following libraries on 27 and 28 December 9am-5pm:
Business Library
Djanogly Learning Resource Centre
George Green Library
Hallward Library
The Greenfield Medical Library will be open on 28 December only 9am-5pm.
