We will be running five days of Multi-Sports from Monday 16th February to Friday 20th February 2026. All of our super-fun activities are suitable for all children aged 5-12 and cost £29.99 per day.

Participants just need a packed lunch (No Nuts Please), a refillable water-bottle and comfortable clothes they might wear for a PE Lesson.

Our Multi-Sports sessions run from 8.30am-5.30pm each day. Please note though, that you are welcome to drop-off and/or collect your child at any times within their sessions hours.

HAF SPACES

Unfortunately, there are no HAF spaces in February Half-term, but they will return at Easter.

Our October half-term holiday activities that will be taking place at Rushcliffe Arena, have been published online and are available to book via our booking site, so you can book your space today:

All of our super-fun activities are suitable for all children aged 5-12 and cost £27.99-£29.99 per day, if booked before the holiday begins. All bookings made after the holiday starts will cost an extra £2 per day. Participants just need a packed lunch (No Nuts Please), a refillable water-bottle and comfortable clothes they might wear for a PE Lesson. Our Focused-Sports sessions run from 8.30am-3.30pm and our Multi-Sports sessions run from 8.30am-5.30pm each day. Please note though, that you are welcome to drop-off and/or collect your child at any times within their sessions hours. Please see the schedule at the bottom of this email.

As a little bonus, if you book a Wednesday session, we will be getting access to the Arenas "X-Treme Air" inflatable, in the afternoons, which has over 315 square metres of inflatable obstacles and activities.

Unfortunately, due to staffing ratios, we cannot move children from the Focused-Sports to the Multi-Sports at 3.30pm. If you need the longer hours, we'd suggest to book the Multi-Sports and if there is space on the focused activity on the day, we'll move them across then.

HAF SPACES

We also have some HAF places this October, available on any of our Focused-Sports sessions from 8.30am-3.30pm each day. These bookings will be done via the council's website: https://eequ.org/book/rushcliffe-arena-haf-holiday-activities-with-excel-sports-coaching-13531

HAF spaces are government funded spaces given out to children who receive benefits-related free school meals and other exceptions. If you think you can apply, please contact your school to get a code that you will need to book those spaces.

In order to get continued funding for our HAF spaces, we do need them to be booked up. So, if you are eligible, please don't hesitate booking as many days as possible with us. Thank you!

Our activities are suitable for all children aged 5-11 and cost £27.49 per day, if booked before the holidays begin on 29th July . All bookings after this date will cost £29.99 per day. Participants just need a packed lunch, a refillable water-bottle and comfortable clothes they might wear for a PE Lesson.

This summer we have again been given some funding by HAF, which allows us to give some free spaces on certain days to children in receipt of benefit-related free school meals and some other exceptions. Took book these activities, you must first have received a letter with a HAF code from the council. Please contact your child’s school if you believe you may apply but haven’t had a code through. HAF bookings come with a free lunch, but you will need a packed lunch for all other bookings.

Please note, that for our Focused activity camps, the latest collection is 3.30pm. Due to staffing ratios, we can’t move children across to the Multi-Sports camps from 3.30-5.30pm. For our Multi-Sports camps, the latest collection is 5.30pm, but we finish activities at 5pm. You are welcome to drop-off and pick-up whenever you’d like to though, within the hours you have booked.

All places are given on a first-come, first-served basis and online bookings close 24 hours before the start of each camp.
