Little fit is a fun activity and fitness class for children aged from 15 months (confident on feet) Mondays and Fridays (Term-time) at Rushcliffe Arena.

Little-fit is a super fun activity and fitness class for children aged from 15 months (confident on their feet) to 5 Years old. Involving balls, hoops, beanbags, games, an obstacle course and lots of energy and fun. Sessions start at 10am and 11am. Please pre-book through our Facebook or website.

o the sidelines so feel free to get as involved as you like during the class. Social Distancing rules apply. Cost: £5.50 per child (sibling discount and block booking discounts also available: see booking page)

Get ready for a fun-filled September!

My physical activity and movement classes start back on Friday 4th September 2026.

Is your little one crawling, walking or running? They will love the sensory toys, instruments, footballs, tunnels, small balls, beams, cones, beanbags and play equipment. The little trampoline is a favourite and I’ll be adding a brand new ball pool too.

Set in the huge Sports Hall at Rushcliffe Arena in West Bridgford. One half of the hall is covered in lovely soft mats, leaving the other half free for games, moving bodies to music and parachute time.

*There is no lower age limit as some grown-ups use the class as an indoor meet-up place with friends and bring babies who are less involved in the obstacles but enjoy the sensory mats and tummy time.

I had a lovely time today at Lark in the Park handing out Little-fit cards. Met some wonderful people and got some super cuddles from existing and past customers.

One of the many wonderful things of using the Sports Hall for my classes is that there are no windows so it’s a much cooler space in the summer.
