☀️ Keeping in Touch – Summer 2026! ☀️

We’re excited to be offering two summer sessions for our students to come into provision, catch up with friends, chat with tutors and enjoy a range of fun activities over the holidays. Activities include baking, jewellery making, Just Dance and much more!

Dates:
🗓️ Wednesday 29th July | 11:00am–2:00pm
🗓️ Thursday 13th August | 11:00am–2:00pm

These sessions are completely optional, but they’re a great opportunity to stay connected, try something new and to have a catch up.

If your child would like to attend, please text Amber on 07427 854255 to confirm their place.

🔵🎉 Open Evening 2026 🎉🔵

What a great evening! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday! It was wonderful to welcome students, parents, schools and visitors through our doors to see what Crisp is all about. The evening had such a positive atmosphere and gave us the perfect opportunity to showcase who we are and what we do.

A special thank you to all of our students, past and present, who gave up their time to help and represent Crisp so brilliantly. You are a real credit to our provision, and we’re incredibly proud of you.

Thank you also to for joining us. It was a great opportunity for students and visitors to ask any questions they had and to build awareness around the support that they offer.

And finally, thank you to our amazing staff. Crisp simply wouldn’t be Crisp without your teamwork, dedication, and shared purpose - building futures for tomorrow 💙

🔵✨ Introducing the RESET Project! ✨🔵

We’re incredibly excited to announce our brand-new initiative launching at Crisp Vocational Provision this October – The RESET Project!

RESET is a 6-week intervention programme designed to support students in mainstream schools before they reach the point of being at risk of permanent exclusion. Working in partnership with schools, the programme helps identify and better understand each student’s individual needs, providing the right support at the right time.

Our aim is to help schools maintain high standards while reducing the need for alternative provision, ensuring students are equipped with the skills, confidence, and support they need to successfully remain in – or return to – mainstream education before it’s too late.

A huge amount of hard work has gone into creating this programme, and we’re so proud of what Paolo and Nakita have developed to support both schools and young people.

We can’t wait to welcome our first RESET cohort in October 2026! 🙌

Every day brings new challenges, new experiences and new opportunities to learn.

But it’s not just about what’s on the timetable. It’s also about the moments behind the scenes that helps our students thrive at CVP. From building benches for our outdoor space, redecorating Holly’s art classroom, preparing lunches, creating LEGO flowers when a student needs a break, to taking part in fishing competitions—there’s always something happening!

These are just a few snapshots of life at Crisp. Every day is different, every achievement matters, and every student has the opportunity to discover new skills, build confidence and be part of something special 💙

🔵 Year 11 Leavers – Part 2 🔵

What another fantastic day we had last Thursday celebrating our amazing Year 11 leavers! It was a wonderful day filled with celebration, delicious food and goodbyes.

We are so proud of everything you’ve achieved and can’t wait to see what the future holds for each of you. Good luck to all of our Year 11s—you’ll be greatly missed!

Remember, you’ll always be part of CVP, so please don’t be strangers. We’d love to see you back to visit us in the future.

Also, just look at the fantastic cheesecakes and chocolate-covered strawberries! 🍓🍰 One of our amazing Year 11 students, KN, very kindly made these for the staff as a thank you. They were absolutely delicious! (Kev certainly loved them!) Thank you, KN, for such a thoughtful gesture. We will miss you, your kindness, and of course, your incredible baking! 💙
