Our training facility offers toilets for both sexes and a separate disabled toilet, free food and drinks at break time and 2 high quality poker tables seating 9 with a comfy dealer's chair on each. There are also sofas, chairs and regular tables in the outskirts of the room so that those who are not engaged in a lesson can relax there. Cleanliness:
Hand sanitiser and face coverings are available, and though we do not require you to use them, we do recommend the sanitiser even in if there is no Covid-19 outbreak because being clean as a dealer is important in terms of customer service and professionalism. During each session our training staff will accompany you throughout your time with us. You will take turns with other students to deal, and while you are not dealing, you will take the role of player with the chips we supply. This is why it's important to book a lot of hours - most of every session you will be learning by listening and watching, rather than by doing. Each session we will go through every part of dealing procedure step by step, from shuffle to the deck spread at the end of the hand. There may be those who have already had 40 hours with us while this is your first time and you are both on the same table. Don't worry. We will tailor our lesson content during each person's time dealing to the amount of time they have already booked. So if you are totally new, our approach will be as though you are an alien and everything will be explained in detail and slowly. But if you're 40 hours in, expect that our approach will be to let you deal and review at the end of your stint if you make any errors. If you've seen 8 people deal like they have never touched a deck before, enjoy it, you get to play and when it's your turn, show them how it's done. And if you're watching someone more experienced deal, then that's a learning experience! The game you will learn to deal is No Limit Texas Hold'em. There are other games you can learn but this game is the most played worldwide so it will benefit you most to master dealing it and then move on to other games.
