A Huge Thank You 💕

What a lovely way to finish the academic year! 🥰 This week we’ve been so spoilt with the most beautiful cards, flowers and thoughtful gifts from our wonderful families. 💐🎁💕

Some of our little ones will be staying with us and some will be moving on, and although we’ll really miss those who are leaving, we’re so grateful for all the lovely memories we’ve made together. ❤️

A huge thank you to every family for your continued support throughout the whole academic year. It truly means so much to us, and we really appreciate each and every one of you. 🥰

Now it’s time for a well-deserved break and some special family time. ❤️☀️ We’re looking forward to another amazing year ahead and can’t wait to see you all again in September!

☀️ What a fantastic start to the summer holidays we've had! ☀️

I can't believe we've already finished our second week – where has that time gone?

I've been a little quiet on here recently because we've been so busy enjoying every moment together. We've had lots of lovely trips to the park, painting and crafts, soft play, swimming, trips to the shops and a fantastic sports day with our fellow childminders and all the children. Every day has been filled with fun, laughter, and new adventures.

One of my favourite things has been seeing how much my own children enjoy spending time with the little ones. Even though they're older, they love getting involved, chatting, playing games, and making the children laugh. They're always so kind and helpful, and it makes my job that little bit easier knowing they genuinely enjoy having the childminding children around. I'm so proud of the caring young people they're growing into. ❤️

We've got one more exciting week of summer fun before I close for a couple of weeks to spend some quality time with my own family and get everything ready for the new academic year. The playroom will be getting a good deep clean, a little refresh, and lots of preparation ready to welcome everyone back.

Thank you to all my wonderful families for your continued support. I hope those of you enjoying family holidays are having an amazing time, and for those who've been with us over the summer, thank you for letting me be part of making so many happy memories with your little ones. Wishing everyone a fantastic rest of the summer, and I look forward to seeing you all soon! ☀️💛

I can’t believe it’s already the last week of playgroups before the summer break! ☀️

The children have been enjoying some extra special treats to celebrate. We had so much fun with the bouncy castle, delicious ice lollies, and lots of exciting adventures in the forest. 🌳🍦

It’s been such a busy and wonderful day, full of laughter, smiles, and happy memories. What a lovely way to finish our playgroup sessions before the summer holidays! 💛

☀️ A wonderful day at Little Angels Childminding! ☀️

We had a lovely morning welcoming the Oral Health Team to our setting. The children enjoyed learning all about looking after their teeth, why brushing is so important, and how to keep their smiles healthy and bright. We're looking forward to introducing daily supervised toothbrushing as part of our routine. 🪥😁

In the afternoon, we headed to the Embankment, where the children had an amazing time cooling off in the water, splashing, playing, learning to swim and making the most of the beautiful weather. It was a fantastic day full of learning, fun, and happy memories! 🌊💙

🎉 End of Year Summer Party! ☀️💦

What a fantastic way to celebrate with our wraparound children! We had an amazing afternoon filled with laughter, a fun water fight, lots of games, and a delicious party spread for everyone to enjoy. 🍉🧁💙

We were also so lucky to make the most of our huge outdoor space, including our massive field, giving the children plenty of room to run, play, and create wonderful memories with their friends.

A perfect way to end another fantastic school year. Wishing all our families a happy, safe, and fun-filled summer! 🌈☀️

We had the most wonderful day out at the farm with all the children! 🌾🐮 It was a special end-of-term trip, especially as some of our friends will be starting school soon. We went with our childminding friends from Childminding and the children loved seeing all the animals. We ended off with a lovely picnic, soaking up the sunshine and fun. What a perfect way to finish the term! 💛🐷

As a childminder, who spends every day helping children learn kindness, respect, and good manners, it’s especially rewarding when I see that reflected in my own children too. I got a lovely message from a parent today, and it truly made my day. It’s these little moments that remind me how much of a difference we can make. 💜

What a lovely, sunny day we’ve had today! ☀️💦
The children have had lots of fun in the paddling pool and enjoyed water play to keep cool 🌈💧 This afternoon we had a lovely time singing at Rainbow Stripes 🎶 followed by a delicious lunch organised by April Chung 🍽️ We also enjoyed tasting some of the strawberries we’ve grown, which was a lovely little treat 🍓🌱☀️
