🎤✨ Hi Everyone, It has been a while since I have been active on social media. First of all, I want to say hi and reintroduce myself to those who have recently liked my page!

I'm Paige a vocal coach based in Nottingham, I have recently completed my master’s in Voice pedagogy at Voice Study Centre focusing on Music Performance Anxiety in young singers.
I’m now super excited to bring those insights to my vocal coaching and support my students with performance anxiety, working towards the performers they strive to be!

Through the use of Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (ACC) methods, I aim to support students who struggle with performance anxiety with productivity, mindfulness and compassion. Applying ACC methods alongside effective vocal practice, so you can build the skill sets to feel confident when you perform.

Whether you’re new to singing or looking to boost your performance skills, I’m here to guide you and cheer you on.

I still have some 1:1 availability this term, if you are interested in exploring your voice and performance skills further, please get in touch!

What can I do for you as a vocal first aider?

I can help to give you a better understanding of vocal health and the factors that can affect your own individual vocal wellbeing.

I can provide you with practical skills to spot the signs of a range of vocal dysfunction and imbalance.

I can supply you with the knowledge to help towards vocal recovery by:

Guiding you in self-management

or passing you on to further support, whether that is specialist vocal rehabilitation coaching or clinical treatment.

I can help you to understand how to prevent vocal health issues from occurring.

Some feedback from a parent who’s children attend my class on Thursdays!
