Tassi's Tuition I offer 1:1 and group tuition for children working at key stage 1 and 2 in my purpose built garden room in Woodthorpe.

I am a fully qualified teacher with insurance, a full DBS and over 26 years of experience supporting children with a variety of needs.

We worked on spelling and maths. My student enjoyed using the spelling cards to work on some unknown words🙂

Always check that your child can read the words before spelling them - if you can't read it, you can't spell it.

My new year 3 child has some great skills already!
He enjoyed the activity board and using equipment to show various 3-digit numbers.
Worked on reading numbers with a zero in the tens column...quickly mastered this, and comparing numbers.🙂
He was chuffed to bits that he could read '1000' after some discussion about how many zeros. 😄

It's ok to fidget...it helps with focus sometimes. Phoebe made one for the collection...can you guess which one?

I really can not believe how fast secondary school is going.
Year 10 (GCSE's) for Charlie and Year 8 for Phoebe!

So proud of them both...Phoebe chose to walk with someone who had no-one to walk to school with bless her🥰

I think all of the schools are back now...hoping everyone had a good first week back!

Now to get ahead of myself and prep food for the freezer and Monday's sessions...all in a very quiet house😆

Now to prep some lessons...6 sessions tomorrow. ✍️ 🎲
