✨ I promised myself I would be back in June once everything settled… and here I am (earlier than I thought 🤪)✨
Starting again. Slowly. Gently. Kindly 🤍
Today was an hour in the gym with my husband — definitely slower than what I’m used to, definitely feeling it 😂… but I showed up, and right now that feels enough.
Sometimes we forget that beginning again does not need to look dramatic or perfect. It can look like moving slower, taking breaks, adjusting expectations, listening to your body, and learning to be gentle with yourself through the process.
And honestly? That still counts 🫶
It was so lovely seeing familiar faces in the gym again today. Little moments like that remind me how important community really is — being surrounded by supportive people who simply let you show up exactly as you are.
No pressure. No perfection. Just taking things one step, one breath, and one workout at a time ✨
A gentle reminder for anyone else restarting something this month:
You do not need to rush your healing, your progress, or your journey. Slow progress is still progress 🤍
Here’s to rebuilding strength with softness this time 🌿

☀️ Yesterday was HOT HOT HOT ☀️
And what better way to spend one of the hottest days of the year than… deep cleaning the studio 😅✨
Windows wide open, sunshine pouring in, absolutely no breeze whatsoever — classic English weather 🇬🇧😂
I even panic-ordered a cooling fan which finally arrived today… unfortunately not quite in time for this morning’s class, so thank you all for bearing with me whilst we slowly melted together in peaceful yoga solidarity 🤍🤣
Needless to say, I had to slightly adapt the session so nobody collapsed into a beautiful heap of sweat on the studio floor 🫠
BUT… the fan is now officially in, running beautifully, and hopefully future classes will feel much more cooling and comfortable 🌬️✨
Honestly though, moments like this remind me how grateful I am for this community — thank you for always showing up with kindness, patience, humour, and support. Whether we are flowing peacefully, wobbling through balances, or surviving a heatwave together, this studio continues to feel like such a safe, welcoming, and supportive space because of every single one of you 🤍
Now manifesting a tiny breeze for the rest of summer please 🌿😂

50 years on this earth… and when I look back, I realise just how much life I have lived. ❤️
I’ve loved, lost, healed, survived and found myself again more times than I can count. I’ve experienced heartbreak, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD and survived domestic violence, but through every difficult chapter, I kept going. Every challenge, every heartbreak and every lesson shaped the woman I am today.
I’ve raised two children who make me proud every single day, built my own yoga business and finally created my own yoga studio — something I once only dreamed of. I’ve lost friendships, found my tribe, learned hard lessons about love and life, and finally found peace within myself.
Perimenopause and ageing haven’t been easy. Watching my body and mind change while living in a world that constantly pressures women to stay young, slim and “perfect” can really affect your confidence.
But at 50, I’m slowly learning that growing older is a privilege, not something to fear.
Every line, every scar, every lesson and every challenge tells a story. A story of survival, resilience and growth.
What matters most to me now is love, family, friendship, kindness, community and authenticity.
I’m grateful for my husband, my children, my parents, siblings, lifelong friends and every person who has walked this journey with me. Every single one of you has helped shape who I am today.
And most importantly, I’m thankful for the strong women in my life — my mum, grandmothers, aunties and sister — who taught me strength, resilience and unconditional love.
I am proud that I never stopped believing in love, kindness and healing.
So as I step into this next chapter, I do it with gratitude in my heart. Not because life was perfect, but because every experience helped shape the woman I am today.
I may not be perfect.
I may be older.
I may be softer in some places and stronger in others.
But I am still here.
Still growing.
Still learning.
Still loving.
Still becoming.
And despite everything… I’m proud of the woman I’ve become. ❤️
