We're now approaching the final week for onboarding into the next Service Advisor Academy cohort, starting on the 25th and 26th of June.

The Service Advisor Academy is a 12-month development programme designed specifically for front-of-house professionals in the automotive industry, combining face-to-face training, webinars, online learning, practical assignments, and peer-to-peer networking.

This Thursday inside the Service Advisor Academy (Cohort 1), I’m joined by automotive diagnostics specialist Alistair Finch, MD of Cotswold Automotive Diagnostics & Training Ltd.
Ali brings years of hands-on diagnostic experience from across the trade. He sees first-hand where things go wrong, not just on the vehicle, but in the communication between the workshop and front of house.
Most delays, misdiagnosis, and lost profit don’t come down to capability… they come down to information.
In this session, we’re talking about:

Cohort 4 is officially open… 🚀
We’re now onboarding for the next intake of the Service Advisor Academy, starting this June.
The first training dates are now live, with the option to join us on the 24th, 25th or 26th of June.
Spaces are already starting to fill, and it’s great to see so many garages continuing to invest in their front of house teams.

The Service Advisor Academy is a structured training programme designed specifically for service advisors and front-of-house teams working in independent garages.
The programme focuses on developing the skills needed to manage the customer journey, improve workshop efficiency and communicate technical work clearly to customers.
Alongside in-person training modules, candidates also have access to online resources, webinars and a network of other advisors working in the industry.
This page will be used to share updates from the Academy, training insights and ideas that can help front-of-house teams and garage owners strengthen this area of their business.
