Don't underestimate the power of your feet!

Did you know that having strong and mobile feet can improve your overall movement and reduce your risk of injury? That's right, your feet are the foundation of your body and they deserve some attention too!

By regularly practicing exercises that improve foot strength and mobility, such as toe curls, arch lifts, and ankle circles, you can enhance your balance, stability, and flexibility. Not to mention, it can also help prevent common foot problems like plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis.

Any class I teach always starts with foot mobility exercises, working the joint in a full range of motion. Please don’t forget to give your feet some love ❤️ .s.c
