After a supportive induction week, they’re heading into school today, ready to learn, grow, and inspire.

Our primary trainees have been deepening their understanding of reading for pleasure by engaging with children’s literature, reflecting on practice, and building the confidence to inspire future readers.

Supporting future teachers in creating reading-rich classrooms is a key part of what we do. We can't wait to see the positive impact it has on their learners.
