Sometimes (and often) life will throw you a curveball. A thing you weren't expecting that demands your attention and throws off all the good intent and actions you had planned for yourself.
But not all is lost! The more you can learn to accept and adapt in those moments, 'adjusting your sails' as needed, the more chance you have of thriving as best you can in those times rather than simply surviving.
When it feels like the windโs constantly blowing against you, give yourself some self-compassion and encouragement - youโre doing the best you can and thatโs always enough ๐ซถ๐ป

A weekend making memories!
The darts is a firm favourite in our house and the boys have been asking to go for ages!! Such an awesome crowd, atmosphere and the best fancy dress costumes ๐๐
We topped it off with a pit stop at the F1 arcade (a must visit if youโre an F1 / racing fan!), pizza and a sightseeing walk around Westminster before heading back to our holiday home on wheels๐๐ก๐ฅฐ
