Year 6 are bringing home their evacuee suitcases today, that we have made. We thought about how a child would have felt during World War II if they were evacuated, and created our own, just like the characters in the book we are reading in English 🧳

In assembly this morning we celebrated Nyale’s football achievement and then the year 6’s performed their house captain speeches! With singing, dancing and a little bit of bribing(!) they were incredible and very brave. Now the school will vote and our new house captains will be revealed on Friday next week during assembly 🟥🟨🟦🟩

Dear Parents/Carers,

We would like to remind parents/carers that the Home Alone arrangements for Years 4, 5 and 6 will remain the same as last year TODAY.

A new Home Alone form will be sent home today. This form MUST be completed and returned to school by tomorrow, confirming the arrangements you would like for your child.

Year 3 children will continue to be collected in the same way as they were in Year 2 and will not be included in the Home Alone arrangements.

Thank you for your cooperation and for returning the form promptly.
