Be honest, are you better at giving help or receiving it? 👀

I’m looking for 3 women who are ready to stop giving their entire life over to everyone around them and start saving some for themselves

We can work together in a couple of ways

My signature programme The House of You which is a 9-month deep restoration (for when you know you’ve been abandoning yourself)

Smaller 3 or 6 month coaching blocks for when something specific in your life is leaving you feeling rinsed out and you’re ready to make a change

I can’t return the years

“I wish I’d done this years ago” is such lovely feedback to receive in one way, because it tells me just how much has changed

But there’s another part of me that thinks...

I wish you had too 😢

Because now I get to see what life is like when you understand yourself, when saying no doesn’t drown you in guilt, when you notice your old patterns without automatically obeying them, and when there is actually some energy left for you

And I can’t give you the years before that back

That’s the only urgency I ever want to use when I talk about coaching

There will always be a reason to do it later

After Christmas. After work settles down. After the kids need you less. After your parents need you less. After you’ve tried sorting it yourself one more time.

Meanwhile, you’re still living the life you’re thinking about changing

So if you already know something needs to change, you don’t need to wait until it gets worse to justify doing something about it

Send me “I’M READY” so we can talk about getting you to the point where “I wish I’d done this years ago” becomes “I’m so bloody glad I started when I did.”
