Hello thank you for reading my page, I am very much a can-do, glass-is-half-full person, and have worked in hospitality and catering since I was 15 years old and had a varied career. I have worked as a chef in nightclubs, restaurants, hotels, fine dining, conference and banqueting, patisserie and confectionery. During the past 22 years, I have been teaching people how to cook and watching people learn and grow in confidence is why I love doing what I do.

We’re often asked what to do with the quails eggs which are supplied to us by - and to which Mr Cheese always replies - make a very small omelette 😜.
Here’s an interesting idea, they’re just perfect for Ramen. Cook the eggs for exactly 2 minutes 20 seconds, then plunge into very cold water. This helps arrest the cooking and makes them easier to peel. Then just assemble your ramen ingredients & noodles as desired. Yumski!

Well that year went quick since I said bye to this lovely lot.. How life has changed! Now life is less stress, I've more time for me, laughed so much, met so many different interesting people and teaching lovely people at home to cook....... Highly recommend well needed life change. 😁😍

The cost of a decent Easter egg this year is mindblowing so I've gone for brownies. (Those chefs who know me know I don't do brownies) ....family take note this has been a sacrifices on my part 🤣
