Seedlings provides a warm, friendly and nurturing environment where children learn through free, creative play, and through taking part in domestic and creative activities such as baking, painting, crafts, songs and stories. Seedlings Kindergarten is run by a Steiner Waldorf trained teacher with over 10 years experience of working in early years settings both in Germany and here in the UK. The Steiner Waldorf philosophy of education allows children to develop at their own pace, learning naturally through imitation and creative play, using toys and equipment made from natural materials, without the pressure of formal teaching or testing.
