UEA MedSoc Welcome to UEA MedSoc, the largest society at UEA. Here you will find all of our official announceme We are the largest student-led society at UEA.

We represent all students studying at Norwich Medical School and we work closely with academic staff and the Students’ Union to ensure that our members are fully supported. We organise social events such as MedSoc Freshers’ and continue these throughout the year. We provide financial support for students attending conferences, new medical societies (worth up to £4000) as well as for individuals re

questing hardship funds. Our exclusive revision materials are hotly sought after and we continue to host award-winning charity events, as well as provide so much more!

With the buzz of the recent SU society awards ceremony, we’re thrilled to announce that applications for 25/26 Medsoc committee are NOW OPEN!!

Whether you’re into socials, education, sports or charity, we’re certain there’s a role for you!

What you need to do now is write a manifesto, send it to us through the Google form and upload your promo video to the Facebook group by the deadline.

Deadline to submit your application is on the 28th May at 5PM so get busy and creative with it!!

The next charity pub quiz is just around the corner! 🍻🎉

And it’s the second-to-last one of the year, so we’re making sure it’s a good one!

Date: Thursday, 1st May 2025
Time: Arrive by 7PM for a prompt 7:30 start
Location: The Garden House

This time, we’re teaming up with NMRFC, so there’s even more reasons to come along!

A £2 donation per person will be collected during the quiz, with all proceedings going to EACH,Target Ovarian Cancer and The Big C.

Free food will be provided halfway through the quiz 🌭🍔🍟

Plus, it’s student night at the pub! Check out the special prices ⏭️
