We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our committee run, pre-school setting.

The applicant should have a full and relevant level 3 qualification. Safeguarding and paediatric first aid training is desirable but not essential. Ideally, we are looking to appoint someone to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (8.30-3.30) but this can be flexible.

We welcome visits to the setting and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Today is National Offer day for admissions into Reception and Junior schools for September 2026.

If you applied online, you will be able to see the offer in your admissions account online from 8.30am today. Admissions will also send you the offer by email.
If you completed a paper application form, you will be sent your school offer by post. Admissions send offer letters by second-class post on 16 April 2026.
The first day of autumn term 2026 is Thursday 3 September. Your child should go to school on that day unless the school tells you otherwise.

We’ve had such a lovely few weeks at preschool exploring all things spring, bugs and Easter! 🌸🐞🐣

The children have enjoyed making bird feeders, going on bug hunts and taking part in lots of seasonal activities. Our Easter stay and play session was a really special afternoon too, with crafts, biscuit decorating and much more – it was so nice to see so many families join us.

A big thank you to everyone for your recent fundraising efforts – we’re so pleased with our new carpet, which has given the room such a lovely feel. We also have another one on the way, as well as a new gazebo ready for the summer! ☀️

We hope you all have a lovely Easter break and we look forward to welcoming you back on Tuesday 14th April! 💙🧸
