Thankyou to our lovely parent that donated these lovely hexagonal and circle tables to us!

We are forever grateful ☺️
We are also looking for approx 15 more chairs (approx age range primary school age, preferably similar to OUR red and blue one is this photo, otherwise similar to the grey ones in this photo) to go around these tables as we have been informed that the school need theirs back, we are asking if anybody knows of anyone/ any schools that have any that they no longer need, please could we be considered

And that’s a wrap on summer playscheme 2026
This last week we made breadstick wands, bouncy balls,glitter bracelets, fortune tellers, magic potions, diamond art, face painting and tattoos and of course Stacey’s hair braiding salon has been open most of the holidays

We also spent the week redoing the children’s favourite things that they have done a playscheme this summer!
We’ve played just dance videos, various interactive exercise games and brain breaks, had impromptu talent shows, karaoke, parachute games

We’ve had great fun and we hope that the children have too, we are looking forward to seeing some back with us in the beginning of term and we will miss the children that we won’t see until the next playscheme

Thankyou to everyone who has joined us over this summer playscheme
We’ve loved seeing you and we’ve had an absolute blast!

Week 3 has come to end and we’ve said good bye to some of our children (until next holidays/start of term 😜)
We’ve baked flapjacks and choc chip cookies

We’ve been building structures and even trying to create our own da Vinci bridge, we’ve played just dance videos, sang their hearts out with karaoke, played limbo, name that tune, musical statues, chairs, corners and mats & got very competitive with team challenges

We’ve painted shells, tie dyed t shirts, bags, aprons, decorated photo frames, made book marks, created foil art magnets, finger painted and made shrinkies

And of course the children enjoyed making art of the club celebrity….. “Gary”… for context..Gary is a Rock that one of children made at playscheme two years ago, Gary has been to all playschemes since and now has a family and back story… 🤣

Week 2 has been just as crazy 🤪

Some of our activities this week have been:

Baking pizza rolls, decorating biscuits and making our own chocolate pretzels

We made our own pens, squishy’s, air dry clay crafts, hammabeads, DIY eraser rubbers, junk modelling and soo much more

We’ve made dens, played team dodge ball, elimination dodgeball, bench ball, parachute games, stack the cup, various team games and of course spent lots of time outside

Week one of playscheme complete
We’ve been busy baking banana loaf, chocolate rice crispie cakes, shortbread biscuits and cupcakes

We’ve made our own magnets, sewed our own food creature, decorated 3D tulips, designed snap band bracelets, made our own lip balms, concentrated very hard on some more intricate scratch arts, painted canvases and made squishy puff picture keyrings

We’ve had water fights and water play, played team dodgeball, fish and chips, played with the bubbles, played on the trim trail and and spent lots of time outside

The children have loved playing with all of the new toys and equipment

Just to name a few of our activities this week!

We have loved welcoming new faces who have settled in really well and fit in they like they have always been with us

We hope everyone has a lovely half term and we can’t wait to hear all about it when we come back

****please note that all staff will be completely enjoying their week off and there will be no admin this week. All admin will be resumed in the new half term***

Little update for summer booking forms:
We are completely overwhelmed 🥰 with how quickly we have received forms back,
WE ARE FILLING UP FAST! With some days now full 😱
We advise that if you know that you will be needing space(s), please don’t leave it too long
