Announcing our 2nd GVW Event! 🥳

On Thursday 21st November we invite you to wear your comfiest PJ’s all day symbolising and raising awareness around the importance of rest and recovery for those who have experienced a stroke.

Note: For those wishing to partake but worried about the professionalism around attending lectures in pyjamas, Matthew (our course director) has been made aware of the event and has OK-ed its go ahead 🎉

We are please and excited to welcome our first year rep Maddy to the committee!!

Maddy will be acting as a representative for the 1 year SLT cohort making sure their needs and voices are heard!

The first SIG of the year is here! We will be holding live Q&A with a qualified SLT on the 4th November!

Tickets are now available to get on the SU (Free for members & £2 non members)

During the talk we will be speaking to a qualified SLT about the SLT experience of working in all things critical care and hospital related with opportunities to listen and ask any questions you might have about the area, entering the profession etc.

The SIG will be an online teams call lasting roughly an hour from 17:00 - 18:00

It’s time to nominate yourself!
