☀️ SUN SAFETY ☀️

Next week is set to be a hot one, please ensure that children have a named hat and loose clothing for use when outside. Sun cream will be supplied by ourselves unless you have already given us a bottle specifically for your child.

💦 There will be lots of water play, so please also ensure there are plenty of spare clothes in your child’s bag for them to change into! 💦

This morning we had a lovely visit from the Police, who allowed the children to dress up in some uniform, go in the police car and talked to them about all the helpful things they do for everybody.

We also invited the reception class from the Primary School over, and the children were so excited to see some of their friends from last year.

This week we had a lovely visit from Chloe who works for John G Plummer & Associates Dental Surgeons.

She talked to the children about the importance of keeping teeth healthy and how we can do this and they all absolutely loved meeting Dexter the Dragon and helping to clean his teeth!

Key points -
Clean your teeth 2 times a day
Clean your teeth for 2 minutes each time
Visit the dentist 2 times a year
Spit after cleaning do not rinse with water
Make little circles with your toothbrush when cleaning your teeth

A HUGE thank you to Acle fire station for a lovely visit this morning, the children absolutely loved every moment of dressing up, using the hose, sitting in the truck and meeting Bob the dummy! The children even nominated some of the staff to dress up! Here is a taster of the day, more photos available on tapestry shortly.
