We're nearing the end of exam season, and I'm incredibly proud of the effort and determination my students are demonstrating! 🤩
Now that I'm saying goodbye to my Year 11 and 13 students, I am able to offer availability to new students!
This is the perfect time for students in Years 7-10 and Year 12 to start tuition, ready to get a head start on the upcoming academic year. Whether you're looking for some short-term support, or weekly sessions in the new academic year, I'd be delighted to hear from you. I offer a free introductory call, so you and your child can meet me before deciding whether tuition is for you 😀
Check out my availability - both NOW and from September!

'Twas the night before English Language Paper 2...

And I've just finished my final session with my last Year 11 student 🥺

It's been an absolute pleasure and delight to work with so many wonderful, talented, and conscientious students - it really is the highlight of my job.

Best of luck to ALL students sitting their final GCSE English exam tomorrow. It's a full-on paper, with two non-fiction sources to read, analyse, and compare, but you've absolutely got this 💪💪💪

'Do you just get to chill out now, Amy?' one of my Year 11s asked me an hour or so ago. Hmmm... not quite 😆 I'm just preparing to start my annual exam marking for one of the main exam boards, which I do because it makes me a more confident and knowledgable tutor. I'm also in the midst of onboarding some brilliant new students, which is super exciting! 🤩

I do have some limited availability for this side of the summer holidays, and there are a handful of spaces left in some of my groups from September. Do feel free to get in touch if you'd like a free intro call!

This week marks the end of the English GCSE and A-level exams! I'm incredibly impressed by how much revision and effort my Year 11 and 13 students put in over the half term break 🤩👏

For those of you with children who are yet to reach their exam years, the best advice I can give (and I'm sure all of my students would agree!) is to start prepping sooner rather than later.

If you think English tuition may benefit your child, I am currently offering free 15-minute introductory sessions for prospective students - feel free to reach out if you would like to book one!
