We continued our music theme this week, by making rattlesnake monkey drums and engaging in a play along program making music with Boomwhackers 🎶

We have been exploring music and dance this week, adding a stage for our performers to show us their singing and dancing talents. We also made streamers to dance with💃🕺

We hope you all enjoy the bank holiday and half term.

This week we explored our senses by playing 'what's in the box'. Placing our hands in the box, feeling the object and saying what we thought it was. 🤔

Our summer trip this year was to the Playbarn in Poringland.

A day of exploring the sand barn, tractors and ride-ons, lots of role play in the castle, village shop, farm and wooden vehicles and of course lots of climbing, jumping, balancing and sliding in the soft play area. After all that, we definitely worked up an appetite for an ice cream!🍧

We had a special visit from Benjamin and Bethany Bears on Friday, who taught us about road safety and how to keep safe when out walking and in the car.🧸
