🔥Today, our amazing instructor Mr Pat took on the Run Norwich 10K 2026 to raise money for the incredible Amber’s Army charity! 💜🏃‍♂️

And he didn’t just complete it… he absolutely smashed the fundraising too! 🙌

We now have classes across Wymondham, Easton Sports College, Mile Cross, Stoke Holy Cross, Dereham, Drayton, Hevingham & Rackheath! 💪

Whether you’re looking for a class for your Little, Junior, Teen or Adult, or SEN we’ve got something for everyone! 🥊❤️

Every week, we’re going to shine the spotlight on one of our incredible Savage instructors and share a little bit about the people behind the black belts! 🖤⚔️

🌟 THIS WEEK: MR PAT! 🌟

Just take a look at some of these AWESOME photos and fight videos! 👊🔥 We are SO proud to have Mr Pat as part of our Savage family, and his experience, passion and dedication make him a huge asset to our team!

Here’s a little bit about his martial arts journey…

🥋 Hap Ki Do – trained throughout his teenage years, reaching just one belt below Black Belt.

🥋 Karate, Kickboxing & Boxing – continued his training across multiple martial arts disciplines.

⚔️ Close Quarter Combat & Self Defence – completed various specialist close-combat and self-defence training.

🥊 10 Full Contact Fights – competing across Kickboxing, K-1 Kickboxing and Boxing.

🌍 Amateur GB Kickboxing Squad – represented Great Britain at the ISKA World Championships in Northern Cyprus, coming home with a fantastic SILVER MEDAL! 🥈🇬🇧

🏆 N.A.K National Champion – numerous Light Continuous tournaments over the years, including becoming N.A.K National Light Continuous Champion at Heavyweight, followed by Light Heavyweight Champion the following year! 🔥🏆

That’s some serious experience! 😮‍💨👊

But beyond the medals, fights and achievements, it’s his passion for martial arts and helping the next generation of Savages grow in confidence, discipline and skill that makes us so proud to have him on the team.

We hope you're all enjoying the Bank Holiday! ☀️

Just a quick and friendly reminder that there are no Savage Martial Arts classes tonight in Wymondham due to the Bank Holiday.

We can't wait to see you all back in class tomorrow, with classes now returning to normal!

📍 IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR TUESDAY CLASSES:

From tomorrow, our Tuesday location is now Easton Sports College.

Same time. Same Savage energy. New location! 🥋🔥

This week, we'll also be welcoming those students who unfortunately missed their gradings, as they begin catching up during their regular classes.
