Children are supported to feel safe, confident, and curious within a calm, nurturing environment that values individuality, routine, I am an registered childminder who has worked in the education sector for many years as an early years practitioner and as a teaching assistant. I offer high-quality care to each child in my setting. I work termly from my home in Heartsease NR7 where I live with my Husband, daughters and dog - Piper. My setting is homely and welcoming, with stimulating activities, toys, and books for all ages. I am lucky to have a large garden with a climbing frame and trampoline which we play in, come rain or shine. I like to collaborate with other childminders, visit toddler groups, local parks, forests and libraries. My services include:

MY EXPERIENCE
I am originally from South Africa and received my Diploma as an Early Years Educator in 2015 with a specialization in SEND. I moved to the UK with my husband in 2019 and worked as a Teaching Assistant giving me the hours to raise my two beautiful daughters. I have a passion for education specifically SEN and have experience with children who have learning difficulties, special needs, food allergies, and various medical conditions and have cared for and taught many children whose second language is English. MY QUALIFICATIONS
- Ofsted registered
- DBS checked
- I have a clean driving license
- Registered with ICO (Information Commissioner's Office as a Data Controller.
- Full Pediatric First Aid training
- EYFS practitioner in the social and educational development of 0-5 years old
- Fully trained ( including Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, FGM and Duty to prevent)
- TENANCY TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism
- Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Development and Foundation Phase
MY FEES
My childminding fees are £7 per hour. I accept Childcare Vouchers & Bank Transfers. I accept Government Funding from 9 months of age. MY LOCAL SCHOOLS
I do regular drop offs and pick ups at Sparhawk Infant and Nursery School. If on my route I am happy to carry out drop off and pick ups. i.e.( White House Farm Primary School, Cecil Gowing – Infant School, Falcon Junior School).
