Relational Skills Specialists, providing Authentic Relating practice, Integral Circling, relational teaching and consultancy services to clients from private individuals to couples, families, teams, professionals, organizations and businesses. Our story began in 2009 with the painful conclusion to our founder’s then long-term relationship, which motivated him to look at himself, in order to improve for the future. This lit a deep desire for more, and this persisted through further developmental programs. A career crossroads arose in 2015, and a heart decision (for a change, rather than a head one) was made, and plans made to learn what the facilitators back in 2012 were doing. Lee spent the bulk of 2016 immersed in learning the principles and practice of effectively connecting, at The Integral Center in Boulder, Colorado, (arguably one of the world’s foremost relational arts schools). He also spent considerable time in the community which surrounds the center, a community that continues to develop new approaches to expanding individuals’ relational capacity… and “amazing” people were met, many becoming friends, (we maintain connections with both people at the center, and in the community). The course was considered transformational, as Lee shifted much in the way of emotional baggage, he integrated new philosophies and paradigms, gained in confidence, shifted how he communicated, had his comfort zone stretched extensively, and fell further in love with this work… and Boulder! Eventually the training came to an end, and Lee returned to the UK, to set up a business around this work… which fulfilled his dream to work in this space and self-determined work. CONNECTERS is the result of these efforts... efforts aimed at bringing this work back to the UK. As a specialized associate-based relational skills practice, we support businesses and other organizations, communities, couples, friends and individuals, in their efforts to achieve improve their relational skills and capacity. In so doing, we hope to improve their connections with others, themselves and indeed their reality… and love our work in the process!
