Friends International staff and volunteers are all Christians. We offer friendship and community to all internationals, no matter what you believe, where you are from or what your faith background may be.
If you would like to investigate what Christians believe, we'd love to invite you to join our discussion group. Once a week on Thursday evenings, we meet in a home near the city centre and have a meal together, followed by a friendly discussion exploring faith. You don't need to be a Christian or know anything about Christianity! You can come on your own or with your friends. Spaces are very limited so it's very important that you sign up before so we know that you are coming.
For more information and to register, go to the link in our bio. If you have any questions, please email Raquel ([email protected])

You have seen it in films, you have heard it's fun... now it's time to join and learn some of the traditional Scottish dance. You don't need to be a dancer, just want to have fun. One of our volunteers, Stuart, has promised to bring the whole Scottish costume!
If you are not really into dancing, you are welcome to come and just watch and chat with some friends. Cold and hot drinks will be provided.
This event is for international students in Norwich. It's a free event but you need to register to safe your place.
St Thomas Church Hall is only 10 minutes by bus from UEA or 30 minutes walk.

Once a month, join us with many other international students for a free meal. Our international lunches are a great opportunity to build community and to celebrate all the good things about our cultures.
In November, we will meet in CityGates Church(2-6 Botolph St, NR3 1DU). The event will start at 1pm and finish around 3pm.
During this event, one of our volunteers will share a short talk about the Christian faith.
