✨ Meet the Team: Belinda ✨

We’re delighted to introduce Belinda, our fantastic Business Support Officer at Norfolk SENDIASS

Belinda is often the first point of contact for families and professionals whether that’s over the phone, by email, or through our booking system. From managing appointments to answering queries and supporting our Youth Forum, Belinda plays a vital role in helping us deliver the best possible support.

What Belinda enjoys most is connecting with parents and carers, offering reassurance and a friendly voice during challenging times 🤝

Her passion for the role is personal too - having a sibling with SEND has given Belinda a good understanding of the challenges families face, and a strong drive to make a difference.

And here’s a fun fact… outside of work, Belinda loves collecting colourful Orla Kiely designs, especially for the home! 🎨

Next week is Learning Disability Week, led by Mencap. This year’s theme is“ Do you see me?” — a powerful reminder to make sure people with a learning disability are truly seen, heard and valued.

Across the UK, 1.5 million people have a learning disability, and this week is all about celebrating their achievements, sharing stories, and challenging the barriers they face every day.
