What?
We are DOTS, an EdTech startup making experiential education simple, scalable and affordable. Our software is designed to be integrated into experience-based events for students, recent graduates and professionals.

Our goal is to make experiential learning the new norm. We help associations, companies and academics organize events that enable participants develop their personal and interpersonal skills, every step of the way.

How?
After years of experience in event organization and management, our team is combining the best models available today into a powerful new framework. We use Data Analytics to enable participants get maximum value from events they take part in.

Now let’s see how it works:
▫️Our Performance Tracking System (PTS) integrates into various experience-based events such as Hackathons, Business Simulations, Case Championships, Model United Nations and TED Talks.
▫️Participants of events go through questionnaire on our platform which comprises psychometric tests like MBTI. Meanwhile DOTS mentors supervise the groupwork during the event and analyze each participant’s performance based on our special DOTS guidelines.
▫️As a result all participants get a profound report with behavioral and psychometric data about themselves, it also contains valuable feedback from DOTS mentors.
▫️At the end of the event participants have not only hands-on event experience, but a holistic overview of their strong areas and development zones reflected in DOTS report.

We strongly believe that self-development is inseparable with self-awareness. And also believe that students and young professionals really need this self-evaluation provided by DOTS to grow much faster into eminently qualified specialists!
